Quantum of the Seas

Client: Royal Caribbean International

Location: At Sea

Type: Cruise Ship

We helped Royal Caribbean International create Quantum of the Seas. Engaged from the start of the design process we were asked to look at the overall exterior design of the ship and the design of the multi-function Seaplex. The Seaplex became the first inside space at sea to house a full size basketball court that can be converted into a roller disco and a bumper car arena.

We also conceptualised the North Star viewing pod that takes guests up and out, 100 m over the sea for a view of the ship unlike any other. The North Star has helped to give Quantum of the Seas a unique signature that makes the ship stand out from the crowd.
